Our Policies are designed to make your stay with us trouble free. Please read them carefully and call us with any questions. We look forward to your stay.
Check-In Time
4:00 PM-9:00 PM Early Check-ins are not guaranteed, but we will do our best if advance arrangements are made.
Check-Out Time
11:00 AM Late check-outs are not available during our high season. Check with the office for availability. Extra charges will apply.
Breakfast
A Buy One Get One Free Breakfast coupon for the House of Flavors Restaurant is provided at check-in.
Age Requirement
Minimum age requirement to check-in is 21.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible cancellation. Free cancellation for room reservations cancelled 4:00 p.m. EST, 48 hours prior to arrival date. When cancelling your reservation(s), obtain a cancellation number; as this will be required for proof of cancellation. Cancellations made by 4:00 p.m. EST, less than 48 hours prior to arrival date, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night room rate + tax for all room reservations. Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of your reservation and a charge of 1 night room rate plus tax
Pool Amenities:

- Indoor Pool Deck: Relax in our indoor pool area featuring comfortable chairs.
- Outdoor Sun Deck: Soak up the sun on our outdoor deck, equipped with sun loungers and tables.
- Grill Policy: Please note that grills are not allowed on the property.
Smoking
Our property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed on premises.
*We cannot be held responsible for any communication or electronic malfunctions that are the responsibility of outside providers or at times beyond our control.
Pets
Sorry, no pets – Service Dogs Welcomed. Service Dogs do not include pets or Service Dogs in Training. Nor are Emotional Support Dogs or “assistance animals” considered Service Dogs based on a decision by the U.S. Department of Justice. None of these animals will be able to stay at Pier House. Be advised, those who fraudulently represent an unqualified animal are guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by one or more of the following: Imprisonment for not more than 90 days. A fine of not more than $500.
Special Requests
Special Requests: We recognize that you may have a special request concerning your room. Our desire is to exceed your expectations and we will make every reasonable attempt to fulfill your request. However, please note that these special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Grills
Due to Fire Code, no grills are allowed
Rates
Rooms rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional adult is $10. Children stay free in parent’s room (based on occupancy limits and number of beds in room.)
Modifications
Any modifications to your reservation(s) may result in the entire stay being subject to the new applicable rate.
Taxes and Fees
11% Taxes and fee: 6% state tax and 5% CVB assessment fee.
Credit Card may be charged the day of.
Your credit card may be authorized or charged the day of arrival. A valid credit card is required and if your credit card is locked or your credit card is declined for any reason, your reservation may be forfeited. It is your responsibility to keep Pier House informed of any necessary changes to your credit.
Credit Card Users – ID Required
Please note that all reservations must be made in the name of the cardholder and that the cardholder must be present at the time of check-in. Id of user and name on credit card must match.
Making a reservation for someone else
If you are making reservations on behalf of another person (credit card holder), you make the following representations and warranties and further agree to comply with the terms and conditions stated below: (1) You have obtained legal authorization from the credit card holder to make reservations on behalf of the credit card holder, to pay all advanced deposit charge(s) using the credit card holders credit card and agree to our terms and conditions on the credit card holders behalf and thereby bind credit card holder to our terms and conditions; (2) The Guest Information you have provided above, e.g., name, phone number, and address, is that of the credit card holder; (3) You have advised the credit card holder that we do not impose any third party booking charges and we will accept reservations directly from the credit card holder; and (4) You will inform the credit card holder of all our Terms and Conditions, and provide the credit card holder with reservation confirmation(s) and any other information or correspondence pertaining to the credit card holders reservations. The card holder will need to be present at time of check for all reservations associated with the credit card provided.
